HPV Gardasil vaccine

First it was the young female population of Western countries being vaccinated with the controversial HPV Gardasil or Cervarix vaccine

Now its the boys turn - AUSTRALIA IS THE FIRST TEST CASE FOR THE WORLDWIDE INJECTION OF SCHOOLBOYS - with the same HPV vaccine.

Personalty i think that if you are faces with this decision with your children, do your due diligence and don't believe all that the PRO vaccination people are saying; as i have read many stories of bad side affects with girls who have gone down this path.
Because of the importance of this issue; I would like to provide you with some information that is not provided in the government pamphlets.
Also note that Australia is the first country to offer this vaccine universally to all boys as a prevention for anal and penal cancers and the research associating this vaccine with these cancers (and with cervical cancer) has been sponsored by the manufacturers of the vaccine. A warning right there.

Here are the ingredients of the HPV vaccine Gardasil®:

•         sodium borate (borax)
•         225 ug amorphous aluminium hydroxyphosphate sulphate
•         polysorbate 80
•         L-histidine hydrochloride
•         4 recombinant VLP’s: HPV types – 16, 18, 11 and 6.
•         amino Acids, carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamins

Here are links to web sites that give full information on this subject. you may have to copy and paste them.
Read the full story on Polysorbate 80 in a article on the Natural Response website.

Using new technology for health

Welcome to the Modern world of weight loss.

There is some good in our modernization, because we can use all this new technology for our benefit.
Admittedly i am more of the 'old school' when it comes to social media but i can see the present and future unfolding and its wise to utilize some of this for our health benefit.

Today there are thousands of smart phone and iPad applications available; some can be very useful, allowing you to access health information at a moment's notice no matter where you are.

Mobile devices allow real-time decision support by enabling users to check the caloric value of foods and food recipes etc.

A few years ago after i helped a patient overcome serious health issues and he gave me a gift of a push bike and later a basic Heart Rate Monitor. Both were much appreciated and this monitor was the best thing for me as it gave me a big wake up call
I was riding my bike every day but very leisurely as it turned out. After using the monitor for a few days i was shocked that  i was only going at 1/2 pace. From then on i used this device to motivate myself to a better exercise level and the results soon showed. You see we need to raise our heart rate up to your anaerobic threshold for 20 to 30 seconds, followed by a 90-second recovery period, in order to get the full benefits.
The bottom line... it will help to have a heart rate monitor device to measure your heart rate to help optimize your workout.

Just recently i purchased a inexpensive small device that clips on your clothes and counts your steps. This can motivate you to walk more.
You can find them on line or drop into a sport store and ask.

There are many Weight Loss Apps available but i have not tried these at this stage and maybe one day i will bring out my own. If any one has any to recommend let us know.
i noticed TechCrunch recently reviewed a host of health and fitness apps worth checking out if you are interested.

I hope this help motivate you into improving your health and longevity.

God Bless

Philip
